I was contacted as soon as I submitted my inquiry. I set up an appointment the next day, came in, test drove the vehicle. ZiZi was very helpful, showing me the options in the car, and after I decided to purchase the vehicle, ZiZi went over the numbers and everything was done in about an hour and half. I’m a very satisfied customer!

We Stopped to look at the car that Mike Advertised on TV=The Ford Escape. We received non pressured, respectful and personal attention. We ended up being able to purchase the Escape with a wonderful trade in value for our CRV. Tried calling 3 times just to get my tire pressure sensors reset in my evo x…. First time put me on hold for 6 mins b4 I hung up. Second time no answer and the third the lady that answered the phone had no idea what it would take to do the job and was rude and told me they only have techs available till 1pm!! Now if this is true I do not understand how that dealership/dept makes its budget or stays in business?? This should b a very simple procedure of just calibrating them and should take no more than 15 mins… The tire shop I went to was very helpful and explained to me why they couldn’t do it themselves and what it takes to get it done. Now only if I could get this dealership to show a lil knowledge about the vehicles it sells and a lil customer service I would b out the door in no time with a smile on my face but since that is too hard for ur staff to do u have just lost a customer for life!!!!

Buying my first car has been quite a journey. Five different dealerships and four disappointments. Brien Ford is unlike all the rest. Others say that are honest, upfront and willing to work with you but only Brien Ford actually follows through. Curtis is the sales consultant you want to talk to!! No high pressured sales and vehicles are reliable, thank you for making this experience a great one!

Doing my market research before buying, I had estimated prices and trade-in values for several vehicals, and the vehical I was looking to sell. Having done business with Brien Ford, I checked their website and saw several used vehicals I wished to look at and try out. Steve was very helpful in answering questions and allowing us plenty of time to see how the vehicals met our requirements. While we were considering several options, Steve got a trade-in value for us. We ended up selecting a used Subaru as the price was very competitive, and the trade-in value was fair. No pressure to try something we were not interested in, no dickering over price, just a nice clean process. Jeff (from Finance) followed up right behing Steve with a very efficient and clean process. We were very happy with this purchase and the buying process. This is the fourth car we have bought from Brien Ford (1 new, 3 used) and will continue to do business with them. Friendly, fair and efficient.

I recently came to Brien Ford with my fiancee looking for an Audi TT I had seen on CraigsList, we were welcomed with smiles and a fantastic staff eager to help us out. After taking a test drive they were able to quickly provide us with all the information we needed and sit down and talk about our options with us, no sales pressure or gimmicks. I spent a couple of months researching different makes and models and talked with Salesman Brad Schell and test drove his Ford vehicles numerous times before making the decision to buy a 2012 Explorer from him/Brien Ford last week. Buying a new SUV from Brien Ford was a great experience primarily because of Brad’s personal “answer all questions, apply no pressure” honest approach. With that said, I found the same to be true when briefly interacting with the finance person (the only other employee that was part of the buying process) and the few times I interacted with others on the Brien Ford team. I highly recommend Brien Ford and especially Salesman Brad Schell! I hope your service department is up to the standards set by the Sales and Finance team.
We originally set out to look at a new Ford Escape but were not certain on which model, etc we wanted. We started wth a Salesperson named Todd, who really took the time to explain everything to us about features etc. we went home, thought it through and decided to return to take a test drive. Todd was not available that day so Btad stepped in and took care of us from there. We wanted to trade our Expedition which we had been told more than once that we had to much negative equity. Well the long story short is that Brad and Brian in Finance worked on it for a couple days and we ended up trading the Expedition and our Honda and left with (2) new vehicles. Everyone at Brien Ford of Everett were amazing. Thank you to all who helped us out of a mess and into 2 brand new vehicles. We would certainly recommend our friends and family to purchase a new vehicle from them.
I went to dealerships in Auburn, Lynnwood, Shoreline, Issaquah, & Kirkland before discovering Brien Motors in Everett. The difference between Brien and the rest is like night and day! Brien is far superior to the others: NO pressure, no coming after you like vultures to carrion, no fast-talking salesmen, and I couldn’t believe how reasonable the posted prices were, so I actually wanted to do business with Brien. I have bought many cars over the years and this was a great experience–so unlike the torture I’ve endured at traditional dealerships in the past. My pre-owned 2010 Toyota Tundra was very fairly priced and my mechanic informed me that this was a great vehicle when conducting a buyer’s check. 49 years old and I’ve never been a huge fan of car salesman, honestly I have only known one personally, after he had left the business, and he told me; you can’t trust em and they lie through their teeth period. I have always been under the impression that I could tell when a car salesman was lying to me as I could see his lips were moving. My last purchase was from a local Dodge dealer and it was a disaster. My recent purchase from Brien Ford may have changed my outlook, I must say It was a refreshing change dealing with the Folks at Brien Ford in Everett. At this point I would highly recommend Steve Jacobs and Bill Waltey and Zach Davis in finance and Rico Hernandez in Service they were all very professional and forthright, something that I have never experienced from a Car Dealership in the past.

My wife and I bought a 2012 Ford Fusion SEL last weekend (4/7/12). When we first came on the lot we saw all of the sale people notice us. We thought for sure that we were going to get mugged by at least five of them. That is what i absolutely hate about buying a car. But to our amazement we were acknowledged and told to take our time and browse. There was no pressure at all. We came to look at the newer Ford Taurus but the Fusion caught our eye. Zizi came up to us and asked if we had any questions. She let us look through the car and the take a test drive. During the test drive she was very knowledgeable about the car itself. After the test drive we went and sat in the Taurus. Right away we knew we loved the Fusion. We told Zizi that we wanted that Fusion! We went into the sales office and were sat at a desk. Ken Fisher, the finance guy, was busy with another sale. But instead of us just sitting there, Zizi made sure that my wife was comfortable (since she is 6 months pregnant). During this time Zizi went over more of the specs of the car and assured us that we were buying a great car. When Ken was done with the other customer, he quickly assisted my wife and I. He made the whole signing the dotted line process quick and easy. We had the keys in our hand within 20 minutes of him starting the process. To be clear, this was the first dealership and car we even looked at while in the process of buying a new car. The staff and car definitely speaks for itself. Great team you have here!! This was our first experience buying a new car and it could not have been better. We had been shopping for an electric vehicle for a few months and heard good things about the MiEV. We were in contact with quite a few dealerships, but the staff at Brien Motors worked the hardest for our business. So, we went for a test drive with Steve Jacobs, who was friendly, helpful and totally into getting us the car we wanted. He and the rest of the staff went out of their way to acquire the exact model with the exact features we wanted – even having one shipped across two states. When it arrived, we got exactly what was promised – price, features, service, etc. Our experience the day we picked up our car made buying a new vehicle really fun, as exciting as buying a new car. Steve sat with us for almost an hour and explained all the features and nuisances of owning an EV. He was knowledgeable, patient and genuinely excited for us. This is my 4th new Ford in an unbroken string, which began with a Windstar minivan when they first came out. That got us through the “soccer” years with the kids. Next, i had my mid-life crisis and got my Explorer Sport, which I held on to for 14 Years. After that I downsized to an Escape in 2011. However, when i saw what Ford did with the new 2013 Escape—I immediately traded up to the 2013 Titanium. I am VERY pleased with this vehicle—in all respects!

Service department at Brien Ford in Everett is 2nd to none I have been in there several times for an oil change and some troubleshooting issues and have been treated with professional additudes and with the respect everybody wants. Rico is awesome and I just want to say if he leaves Brien Ford, and lets hope he doesn’t, cause he’s awesome. It will be a Huge loss to that Dealership he is the reason I keep comming back.

It was a great experience! We were desperate for a new vehicle when our clutch went out on my car. I knew about Ford’s excellent reliability and had owned one previously. Thankfully, Brien Ford was willing to allow us to use a cosigner, and we were able to get precisely the vehicle we wanted!!! It was a quick, painless and superb experience, and I would definitely shop there again.
I really hate used car salespeople and used car lots! Yesterday, however, I received a completely different experience than most of us are used to! I pulled onto the lot and was immediately greeted by Steve. Steve asked me what I was looking for, brought me to the only car on the lot to fit my description without trying to upsell me or question what I already knew I wanted, and got the keys for a test drive without even trying to butter me up or talk the car up. I was already impressed.
The car drove great and the price was actually below the Blue Book suggested retail. I wanted to buy it and said so. Only after I expressed interest did Steve start to tell me all about the car’s history, which I really appreciated. I don’t need all the details about a car I don’t feel good about. We sat down to discuss the possible purchase and I was shown the Carfax report and the mechanical notes from the servicing center. Everything checked out.
The nice thing was, after years of haggling for cars that we all know are over-priced and just trying to get out the door with a fair price, I didn’t have to haggle at all! The price was already below blue book, despite the excellent quality and condition of the car AND the fact that the car is a highly sought after make and model. They would have sold that car to another person within hours as it had literally just come on the lot and still they didn’t inflate the prices.
I appreciated the cleanliness and orderliness of everything about the dealership, the speed and accuracy with which I was dealt with, the friendliness of every single person in the process, being treated like I know what I want and that I know what is going on, and being given a fair price from the get go. I noticed that all the sticker prices I saw were fair to begin with, and that alone would make me come back again. However, I think I’ll really be coming back because these people are not paid by commission and I feel I can actually trust them. Imagine that!
